• Warhammer 40k is a science fiction setting in the 41st Millennium. Jesus has not yet returned and mankind forever wars to establish dominance in the galaxy. The spirit realm is called “the Warp”, through which mankind achieves interstellar travel. A seemingly eternal hell populated with gods born of man’s putrid excess. It is a sea of souls longing for a savior.

In Warhammer 40,000, the year is 40,999. Recorded as “999.M41” by the Imperium of Man. The Emperor of Mankind founded the Imperium to reclaim mankind’s destiny in the stars. This Master of Man is a radiant antichrist who unified galaxies under atheist orthodoxy through endless Crusade and Inquisition. All spirituality is heresy, yet he is worshiped as God-Emperor by those still seeking light in the grimdarkness. Jesus may not return for 40,000 years, but He is present right now in 025.M03.

  • 40k lore challenges every philosophical and religious belief. It foretells a far future where our present-day ambitions are dust. Every faith appears to be in vain, and all knowledge is lost.

In rebuilding civilization and the consciousness of mankind, the Emperor hid the eternal truth that we are souls in a physical body. The Chaos Gods are real, and so is Jesus Christ. The Holy Bible prophesies the Imperium of Man.

The Warhammer hobby provides endless opportunities for creative and existential meditation. Games Workshop has produced a cosmology so vast and insightful that, when approached with a Christian worldview, 40k becomes a palette and canvas for engaging Biblical concepts.
